Key Responsibilities

  • •Commission installed equipment across Fire & Security, Access, Video Surveillance, Intrusion, PA System, Automation, and complete ELV systems.
  • •Review project inputs/specifications, capture scope, and understand complete project requirements.
  • •Review MEP drawings, SOPs, and identify ELV equipment for Fire & Security, surveillance, PA, intrusion, and entry automation systems.
  • •Deliver/exeucte projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring 100% quality and customer satisfaction.
  • •Coordinate project execution: vendor management, design/drawing approval coordination, kick-off/review meetings, EHS monitoring, invoicing/collection, and timely handover of completed utilities.

Key Requirements

  • •BE / B-Tech or a 3-year Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication.
  • •Hands-on installation & commissioning experience of ELV systems including fire detection, fire alarm, fire suppression, and PA systems.
  • •Knowledge of security and surveillance systems such as CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms, and WLD/related ELV systems.
  • •Ability to review project inputs/specifications and capture scope and complete requirements.
  • •Ability to review MEP drawings, SOPs, and identify equipment for Fire & Security, access, surveillance video, PA, intrusion alarm, entry automation, and complete ELV systems.
