Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders across the construction lifecycle and reconcile changes with contractors to ensure accurate data.
  • •Develop cost plans and provide estimate and cost planning through design phases, delivering updated cost plans at key design milestones.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, forecasting, budgeting, and change management; manage cost impact, contingency management, and commitment tracking logs.
  • •Review and validate project budgets, forecasts, commitments, and expenditures; coordinate with external cost consultants for accurate cost reporting and updates.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports, provide cost performance analysis, support value engineering sessions, and ensure final accounts are negotiated and agreed in a timely manner.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Cost Management, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of experience in construction cost management, quantity surveying, cost controls, or project controls.
  • •Experience managing budgets, forecasts, change management, cost reporting, and financial controls across multiple projects or programs.
  • •Experience leading cost management services on medium to large-scale construction projects.
  • •Experience supporting workplace and capital improvement projects (e.g., tenant improvement, renovation, decommissioning, laboratory, infrastructure); construction consultancy experience strongly preferred.
