Recovery Officer

Support the Collections department by managing sensitive documentation, monitoring settlement compliance, and handling customer complaints in line with regulatory requirements. Contact 180+ delinquent clients to recover overdue payments, convert promises to pay into payments, and follow up on credit card and loan accounts. Negotiate settlements, facilitate restructuring (including salary-transfer repayment), handle disputes, and initiate legal action when needed while meeting monthly collection targets.
