Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, configure, and maintain lab environments that simulate real OT operational scenarios.
  • •Set up industrial control systems (PLCs, RTUs, HMIs) and networked industrial devices, including telemetry collection.
  • •Deploy sensors and monitoring infrastructure to capture OT network traffic and telemetry for research and development.
  • •Execute test plans to validate platform capabilities against simulated OT threats and normal operational activity; assist in reproducing issues and edge cases.
  • •Troubleshoot lab infrastructure, network connectivity, and device configuration issues; support teams and maintain lab documentation/runbooks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong networking foundation (OSI model, TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, firewalls, and network protocols).
  • •Hands-on experience building or working with lab/test environments; familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM) or containerization.
  • •Comfort with Linux/Windows command line and troubleshooting; scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell are a plus.
  • •Ability to follow technical documentation and troubleshoot systematically by asking clarifying questions.
  • •Willingness to learn OT-specific protocols and operational technology fundamentals; plus ability to perform basic panel building and wiring to engineering drawings.
