Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as Lead Document Controller, directing and supervising assigned document management personnel and coordinating discipline execution within schedule and budget.
  • •Develop the document management execution plan and work instructions aligned to client requirements and McDermott standards, including EDMS setup and configurations.
  • •Ensure identification of interfaces and deliverables, maintain document status, and prepare/review/issue project reports including the master document register.
  • •Act as day-to-day interface for clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and project team on document management issues, facilitating timely information flow via EDMS.
  • •Manage staffing plans and budgets, oversee EDMS training for project personnel, and support audits, handover/turnover, archival of records, and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in any stream or equivalent diploma (preferably in Computer Science).
  • •10-15 years minimum Document Management experience with a major contractor or consultant.
  • •Good knowledge of Electronic Database Management System (EDMS) software, MS Office, and Adobe.
  • •Working knowledge of industry-utilized EDMS tools and document control processes.
  • •Ability to work as a team member and act as a team leader, with strong organizational/time-management and communication skills.
