Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Area General Manager(s) to provide financial expertise and operational leadership to drive manufacturing site strategy.
  • •Manage annual strategic planning and budgeting, and ensure weekly forecasting is accurate and visible.
  • •Analyze and interpret plant operation results, evaluate variances, and drive cost reductions and cost control initiatives.
  • •Conduct business modeling and risk assessments, including pricing and competitor trend research impacting performance.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a small team of finance professionals and partner with Accounting and FP&A to complete reporting requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (advanced degrees, CMA, or CPA a plus).
  • •5+ years of manufacturing finance and/or cost accounting experience required.
  • •Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for manufacturing operations.
  • •Experience with complex ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, SysPro, Sage), with SAP S/4Hana preferred.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a small team of finance professionals; ability to influence others without direct reporting relationship.
