Job Summary

Lead and manage enterprise systems management support for the Strategic Army Network Enterprise Center (SANEC), serving as the senior on-site interface between contractor staff and Government leadership (KO/COR). Oversee contract performance, project planning, schedules, milestones, risks, and service delivery metrics. Provide technical and program leadership, supervise contractor personnel, coordinate enterprise system implementation, and lead recurring Government stakeholder program management meetings.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide overall leadership, management, and oversight of contract performance and service level agreement delivery.
•Develop, maintain, and execute project plans for enterprise systems initiatives; monitor schedules, milestones, risks, and resources.
•Review operational metrics, AESMP tickets, workflow processes, and performance indicators to ensure effective service delivery.
•Serve as primary contractor representative to SANEC Director and Government stakeholders; provide status reports, risk assessments, and recommendations through the COR.
•Supervise contractor personnel, manage staffing and workforce planning, and provide mentorship and technical direction; coordinate security clearance processing as required.

Key Requirements

•Active DoD Secret clearance required for consideration.
•Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
•8–10+ years managing enterprise IT operations, systems engineering, network operations, or DoD IT support programs.
•5+ years leading technical teams in complex IT environments.
•Experience managing Government contracts and developing Quality Control Plans (QCPs) and Quality Assurance (QA) programs.
