Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall leadership, management, and oversight of contract performance and service level agreement delivery.
  • •Develop, maintain, and execute project plans for enterprise systems initiatives; monitor schedules, milestones, risks, and resources.
  • •Review operational metrics, AESMP tickets, workflow processes, and performance indicators to ensure effective service delivery.
  • •Serve as primary contractor representative to SANEC Director and Government stakeholders; provide status reports, risk assessments, and recommendations through the COR.
  • •Supervise contractor personnel, manage staffing and workforce planning, and provide mentorship and technical direction; coordinate security clearance processing as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Active DoD Secret clearance required for consideration.
  • •Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
  • •8–10+ years managing enterprise IT operations, systems engineering, network operations, or DoD IT support programs.
  • •5+ years leading technical teams in complex IT environments.
  • •Experience managing Government contracts and developing Quality Control Plans (QCPs) and Quality Assurance (QA) programs.
