  • •Coordinate cross-functional activities with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams and ensure alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Communicate project status, risks, issues, and delivery progress to clients and internal stakeholders, and use customer feedback to support Product enhancements.

Salary: USD 95,300 - 158,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) preferred.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, implementation management, or professional services delivery.
  • •Experience managing customer-facing implementation or project delivery engagements in software, SaaS, or technology organizations.
  • •Proven success in Agile delivery environments and coordinating activities across Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams.
