Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, establish, and optimize on/off-ramp infrastructure across high-value corridors for seamless global connectivity.
  • •Analyze fiat and stablecoin liquidity flows to inform data-driven operational decisions and reduce friction in payment ecosystems.
  • •Lead local stablecoin FX pilots and create milestone roadmaps to move successful pilots into production.
  • •Project manage geographic expansion initiatives, including market research and tracking regulatory shifts to source and prioritize new corridor opportunities.
  • •Manage day-to-day operational execution and compliance requirements for tier-1 US institutions, including KPI tracking and status reporting to ensure execution velocity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • •3–6 years of experience in project management, business development, or operational execution within fintech, cross-border payments, banking, or digital assets.
  • •Proven track record managing complex cross-functional initiatives and driving projects from concept to close.
  • •Solid understanding of cross-border settlements, payment rails, stablecoin mechanics, and regional fintech ecosystems.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interface with internal partners and external institutional clients.
