Senior Product Designer

Define and deliver end-to-end user experiences for Hiive’s product by combining design craft, analytical thinking, and AI-driven workflows. Lead the design and implementation of key features using AI agents (primarily Claude), partner with engineers to ship production front-end, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders to refine requirements. Conduct user research and usability testing, iterate on UX solutions, and present prototypes and production demos across the company.
