Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate tenders: allocate to bid teams, manage schedules, and ensure on-time, high-quality submissions focused on safety and quality.
  • •Prepare and manage tender queries/clarifications with accurate, compliant responses delivered by client deadlines.
  • •Provide commercial support during the tender process, including rate development and responding to commercial queries.
  • •Maintain oversight of the opportunity pipeline with tracking, forecasting, and proactive opportunity management in collaboration with the Framework Manager and bid teams.
  • •Support framework management activities including reporting and governance coordination, supplier and client engagement, documentation updates, and onboarding/training for project managers.
