Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and control logistics operations, including shipment clearance and monitoring of inbound and outbound shipments.
  • •Arrange shipment arrangements and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery while keeping stakeholders updated.
  • •Develop reports and operational procedures covering product/material movements and operational logistics issues.
  • •Support new logistics operations by contributing to logistics planning, support plans, budget requirements, and organization timelines.
  • •Assess existing logistics systems and advise corrective measures, including designing standard operating methods; support HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years relevant logistics experience (2 years GCC is a plus).
  • •Knowledge of logistics operations for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • •Knowledge of import and export documentation and trade compliance.
  • •Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and other related software.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are required.
