Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and maintain a compliance framework aligned with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • •Liaise with the investigations team, track investigative metrics, and implement corrective measures to strengthen monitoring, trainings, and awareness.
  • •Provide strategic advice to senior management on compliance risks and emerging regulatory issues.
  • •Oversee compliance training, awareness, and reporting across business units, coordinating with Legal, HR, Risk, and Security.
  • •Lead documentary reporting to regulators, auditors, and executive committees and manage a small compliance/investigations team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s in accounting, with a law qualification or equivalent experience.
  • •12+ years of corporate investigations and compliance experience, preferably in the Middle East and/or North Africa.
  • •Professional certificates in Compliance Management, Business Ethics and/or forensic investigations (e.g., Certified Fraud Examiner).
  • •Experience conducting investigations into internal misconduct and regulator-led investigations (e.g., sanctions, human rights).
  • •Experience training senior stakeholders and compliance/investigations teams.
