Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain an AI agent orchestration layer for multi-agent dispatch, context management, anti-hallucination guardrails, crash recovery, audit trails, and inter-agent communication.
  • •Develop and improve retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, including document ingestion (Slack, GitHub, Jira, Confluence), chunking/embeddings, hybrid search, reranking, and knowledge graph indexing (LightRAG + Neo4j).
  • •Build developer experiences and web applications for engineers to interact with AI agents, validation workflows, observability dashboards, and operational tooling.
  • •Design and implement distributed backend systems, including APIs, event-driven architectures, microservices, and scalable low-latency AI services for knowledge retrieval and grounded context.
  • •Create LLM-powered developer tooling for automated test plan generation, test auditing, AI-driven failure triage, and intelligent report generation; drive reliability improvements with observability, automated testing, and CI/CD.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 178,500 - 306,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Software development experience with a strong portfolio of production systems.
  • •Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines, including embedding models, vector databases, chunking, retrieval evaluation, and hybrid search/re-ranking.
  • •Production experience with LLM tool use, multi-agent orchestration, prompt engineering, context management, and hallucination mitigation.
  • •Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Go, Java, C#, or Rust) with ability to build and operate production-scale services.
  • •Experience with async programming, API design, distributed systems, and designing for reliability in automated/unattended environments (e.g., crash recovery, audit trails, observability).
