Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project delivery and drive program performance to meet/exceed client satisfaction and internal KPIs.
  • •Manage approximately 50 department staff, provide coaching and succession planning.
  • •Collaborate with Client Account Managers and Practice Area Leaders to grow backlog and financial success.
  • •Oversee risk governance, cash flow, and internal KPI tracking; ensure project management processes align with PMO and QMS.
  • •Lead and participate in major program reviews and drive adoption of digital tools and enterprise capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor Degree in Geology, Environmental Science Engineering, or related field; 8 years of experience in a technical discipline with a proven track record in both project management and business development.
  • •US citizen or Permanent Resident; Sponsorship for this role at this time and in the future will not be available.
  • •Must pass a background check and a motor vehicle records check.
  • •Strong knowledge in environmental/remediation business; asset management and multi-state experience (preferred).
  • •15+ years related experience (preferred).
