Job Summary

Lead environmental remediation programs across TX, LA, OK and AR as Area Leader and Senior Project Manager. Oversee delivery of major projects, guide approximately 50 staff, drive client KPIs, risk management and business development, while coordinating with leaders to expand capabilities and ensure high-quality project outcomes in a hybrid Austin/Dallas/Houston area.

•Lead project delivery and drive program performance to meet/exceed client satisfaction and internal KPIs.
•Manage approximately 50 department staff, provide coaching and succession planning.
•Collaborate with Client Account Managers and Practice Area Leaders to grow backlog and financial success.
•Oversee risk governance, cash flow, and internal KPI tracking; ensure project management processes align with PMO and QMS.
•Lead and participate in major program reviews and drive adoption of digital tools and enterprise capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor Degree in Geology, Environmental Science Engineering, or related field; 8 years of experience in a technical discipline with a proven track record in both project management and business development.
•US citizen or Permanent Resident; Sponsorship for this role at this time and in the future will not be available.
•Must pass a background check and a motor vehicle records check.
•Strong knowledge in environmental/remediation business; asset management and multi-state experience (preferred).
•15+ years related experience (preferred).
