Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and well-organized workplace.
  • •Manage office budgeting and expenses, including invoice processing and cost tracking.
  • •Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, pantry stock, and procurement needs.
  • •Ensure the office complies with internal policies, safety standards, and local regulatory requirements.
  • •Support the selection and setup of our new office location, including coordination with interior designers, contractors, and external vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • •3+ years of relevant experience in office management and HR, preferably with local exposure
  • •Knowledge of basic HR practices and statutory requirements
  • •Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • •Able to handle confidential matters with discretion and work independently
