•Manage sourcing for multiple complex searches to identify and engage key talent across levels.
•Own the interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to candidates and hiring teams.
•Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process.
•Drive innovative sourcing strategies, including talent mapping insights, and propose projects or process optimizations to improve recruiting efficiency.
•Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to improve the recruiting process and ensure a great candidate experience.

Key Requirements

•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
•Fluency in Indonesian and English to support recruitment for the Indonesia market.
•Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, and candidates.
•1+ year of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (preferred).
•Experience sourcing via search firms or in-house recruiting environments (preferred).
