Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out, set appointments, and conduct periodic financial reviews.
  • •Primarily focus on cross-selling and participate in outside sales activities and community financial literacy events as directed.
  • •Establish relationships with assigned business partners and refer customers as appropriate; process teller transactions and support the financial center’s production goals.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analyzing credit and financial information.
  • •This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
