Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact for assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems on-site.
  • •Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in a commercial environment.
  • •Diagnose and repair units using cutting-edge technology/software and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays, while enforcing safety standards and tracking company assets.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical school or formal training preferred.

  • •Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
  • •Strong ability to troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems using air conditioning theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts.
