Job Summary

Lead cross-team technical programs to strengthen Fever’s platform and infrastructure. Partner with Staff Engineers and engineering leaders to translate architectural direction into executable programs, coordinate dependencies across squads, and improve developer experience, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency for a high-volume global live-entertainment platform.

Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end planning and delivery for high-impact technical programs spanning multiple engineering teams, including platform modernization, CI/CD improvements, reliability upgrades, and system migrations.
•Partner with Staff Engineers and Engineering leaders to convert technical strategy into milestones, surface risks, manage dependencies across squads, and set execution cadences.
•Lead the technical execution of M&A integrations, managing system consolidations and tech-stack alignment when acquiring companies into Fever.
•Create alignment across Engineering, Product, and Security by introducing lightweight, scalable planning and communication mechanisms.
•Build dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility, engineering accountability, and better program decisions.
