Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end planning and delivery for high-impact technical programs spanning multiple engineering teams, including platform modernization, CI/CD improvements, reliability upgrades, and system migrations.
  • •Partner with Staff Engineers and Engineering leaders to convert technical strategy into milestones, surface risks, manage dependencies across squads, and set execution cadences.
  • •Lead the technical execution of M&A integrations, managing system consolidations and tech-stack alignment when acquiring companies into Fever.
  • •Create alignment across Engineering, Product, and Security by introducing lightweight, scalable planning and communication mechanisms.
  • •Build dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility, engineering accountability, and better program decisions.
