Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and develop new business opportunities with both new and existing clients, and prepare related proposals.
  • •Actively participate in and lead strategic planning and implementation efforts for the Northwest region.
  • •Oversee and manage complex technical projects to expand WSP’s practices through leadership, business development, and client management.
  • •Direct multiple remediation and restoration projects, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule are met with high-quality deliverables.
  • •Oversee delivery of remediation/restoration projects, including planning, financial management, change management, risk management, and contract/subcontract management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in geology, hydrology, environmental, civil, or chemical engineering, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree)
  • •12+ years of post-education environmental consulting experience
  • •Demonstrated success in client development and management
  • •Proven leadership skills and experience managing complex projects and teams
  • •Experience delivering projects including planning, controls, financial management, change management, risk management, and contracts/subcontracts management
