Strategize and execute the Growth product area to drive activation, retention, and expansion through product-led growth. Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive the Growth product strategy and roadmap, turning company vision into bets across activation, retention, and expansion informed by funnel data, experimentation, and customer behavior.
•Own the PLG motion end to end—from acquisition and onboarding through activation, habit formation, and self-serve expansion—and design the loops that drive team- and org-wide usage.
•Build platform-level growth capabilities (referrals, invitations, notifications, in-product education, lifecycle messaging) that compound across surfaces rather than existing in a single feature.
•Drive off-surface growth by meeting users where they already work (browser extension, email, Slack/Teams, mobile) to stay present outside a single destination app.
•Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to turn ambiguous concepts into well-scoped products and experiments with clear user flows, instrumentation, and measurable outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 280,000 annually
