Key Responsibilities

  • •Set performance objectives, support staff, and conduct regular evaluations to maintain a high-performance environment.
  • •Manage the annual budgeting cycle for Cybersecurity Resilience and Defense and ensure efficient utilization.
  • •Develop and implement strategic objectives, operational plans, and initiatives that strengthen cyber resilience across Cyberani.
  • •Oversee the Security Operations Centre (SOC) for continuous monitoring, detection, and prevention of cyber threats.
  • •Lead incident response and recovery, analyze threat and vulnerability data, and coordinate vulnerability remediation using defensive measures and defense-in-depth practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Risk Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • •10+ years of related experience.
  • •Expertise in security technologies and platforms.
  • •Proven experience leading cybersecurity teams and operations.
  • •Strong understanding of incident response, threat hunting, and vulnerability management.
