Job Summary

Lead the build-out of an AI Center of Excellence that makes the company AI-native. Own shared AI infrastructure (integrations, data boundaries, approved-model registry, standard AI stack with SSO and data-loss prevention) and set governance guardrails around security, privacy, approval, and quality. Drive an AI COE roadmap, define impact metrics for cost/throughput/quality, create enablement training libraries, and hire and grow the team operating with centralized expertise and decentralized execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Stand up and run shared AI infrastructure, including integrations, data boundaries, approved-model registry, and a standard AI stack with SSO and data-loss prevention.
•Charter and run the governance council and establish security, privacy, approval, and quality monitoring.
•Set AI COE priorities in collaboration with other departments and own the AI transformation roadmap.
•Define standard metrics for cost, throughput, and quality and report progress through an AI efficiency scorecard.
•Hire, coach, and develop the AI Center of Excellence team and build centralized training libraries and enablement programs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years in technology, data, or product roles, including 5+ years leading teams and delivering measurable operational impact at scale.
•2+ years working directly with AI or machine-learning systems, with hands-on familiarity with modern AI tooling, agentic systems, and large language models.
•Deep understanding of production AI infrastructure, data, and security, including model registries, integrations, single sign-on, and data-loss prevention.
•Strong governance instincts to set security, privacy, approval, and quality guardrails that enable speed without risk.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data, business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
