Key Responsibilities

  • •Stand up and run shared AI infrastructure, including integrations, data boundaries, approved-model registry, and a standard AI stack with SSO and data-loss prevention.
  • •Charter and run the governance council and establish security, privacy, approval, and quality monitoring.
  • •Set AI COE priorities in collaboration with other departments and own the AI transformation roadmap.
  • •Define standard metrics for cost, throughput, and quality and report progress through an AI efficiency scorecard.
  • •Hire, coach, and develop the AI Center of Excellence team and build centralized training libraries and enablement programs.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years in technology, data, or product roles, including 5+ years leading teams and delivering measurable operational impact at scale.
  • •2+ years working directly with AI or machine-learning systems, with hands-on familiarity with modern AI tooling, agentic systems, and large language models.
  • •Deep understanding of production AI infrastructure, data, and security, including model registries, integrations, single sign-on, and data-loss prevention.
  • •Strong governance instincts to set security, privacy, approval, and quality guardrails that enable speed without risk.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data, business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
