Provide end-to-end support for HR Portfolio enterprise applications, partnering with administrators, developers, product owners, and vendors to resolve operational issues and enhance end-user functionality. Key Responsibilities

•Provide end-to-end support for HR Portfolio applications, engaging with vendors and stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
•Maintain cyber security posture through assurance and governance reviews.
•Engage in major incidents to drive service restoration and root-cause remediation.
•Maintain and use deployment systems, including ServiceNow, to deliver regular updates and hotfixes across platforms.
•Partner with administrators, developers, and product owners to deliver the technology vision and create/deliver Service Operations procedures to achieve SLA and uptime targets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 33,000

Key Requirements

•Manage end-to-end support and administration for enterprise HR applications and resolve operational issues.
•Experience with enterprise application support platforms such as Active Directory and ServiceNow (or equivalent).
•Use relevant IT frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and understand how they apply in an enterprise environment.
•Maintain cyber security awareness via accreditations such as CompTIA Awareness and Enterprise cyber accreditations including ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials/Cyber Essentials+.
•Experience using provisioning partners to deliver unified services and an understanding of Agile/Release principles for managing products.
