Senior CSA Estimator - Data Center Construction

Develop and manage detailed civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) cost estimates for large-scale, multi-building data center campus programs. Lead estimate reviews across concept through detailed design, drive quantity takeoffs and cost checks, and deliver milestone cost updates with clear assumptions and risks. Support program-level portfolio decisions with benchmarking, cost modeling, and life-cycle cost analysis, while partnering across estimating, cost management, procurement, and project controls.
