Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with design professionals, contractors, and administrators to deliver projects that meet contract specifications, local/federal codes, regulations, and district policy.
  • •Manage project planning and execution across budget, schedule, procurement, quality, risk, occupancy, and closeout for assigned projects.
  • •Interface directly with the client and other consultants at all project stages, providing reporting on status and variances.
  • •Lead the change control process, including assessing change requests for impact to scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk, securing approvals, and issuing change orders.
  • •Ensure governance and accurate project information/documentation, implement risk management routines, and monitor financial status including prompt client invoicing.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of Owner’s Representative or Project Management experience (or equivalent) in the design and construction industry, ideally on public-sector projects including K-12 Education.
  • •College degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent related experience).
  • •Knowledge of contracts and construction practices, including ability to read and understand architectural drawings and contract documents.
  • •Professional registration (PE, RA, AIA) preferred, plus LEED accreditation and/or PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for a highly client-facing role, including stakeholder management and teamwork.
