Job Summary

Lead day-to-day store execution and drive sales performance by managing store operations, visual merchandising, and customer service. Oversee point-of-sale processes, cash handling, inventory updates, returns/refunds, and loss prevention compliance. Monitor sales reports, brand performance, market trends, and promotional readiness to improve profitability. Manage staffing levels, scheduling coverage, and team training, while coaching staff through KPIs and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

•Communicate store targets and drive sales to achieve financial objectives.
•Ensure loss prevention compliance and oversee cash handling, fraud, and theft prevention.
•Oversee point-of-sale activities, tracking customer orders and payments, and managing returns and refunds.
•Monitor and analyze sales reports, brand performance, market trends, and competitor activity to propose action plans to increase profitability.
•Manage people by setting goals and KPIs, mentoring/coaching the team, preparing schedules, and ensuring training in inventory management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
•3-4 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a similar supervisory role in retail operations.
•Industry expertise and product/category knowledge.
•Customer orientation.
•MS Office and tools.
