Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Shared Credit Services – Relationship Manager Associate team for Consumer Real Estate and/or Retail Banking as needed.
  • •Prepare and review loan-related account documentation and monitor administration of the loan closing process.
  • •Review loan files for completeness and ensure proper security of designated collateral.
  • •Provide consistent, distinctive service to internal clients as part of the FirstBank service experience.
  • •Follow safe and sound banking procedures, including compliance with laws, internal controls, risk management, and security protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Minimum two years of banking experience preferred.
  • •Demonstrate a foundational understanding of banking regulatory compliance and FirstBank policies and procedures.
  • •May require National Mortgage Lending Service (NMLS) certification.
  • •Ability to maintain ethical behavior and confidentiality with sensitive information.
