Job Summary

Support the transformation of wholesale and retail credit risk data and reporting processes for risk managers, model developers, and business lines. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and automate recurring workflows with Power Automate/Apps. Design ETL pipelines, run weekly/month-end/quarterly reporting, and write SQL (and Python where needed) to aggregate and analyze data. Partner across risk and data teams and apply ML/AI techniques to improve efficiency, communicating insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

•Redesign and transform wholesale and retail credit risk data and reporting processes to meet internal customers’ data and reporting needs accurately, efficiently, and on time.
•Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and automate recurring processes using Power Automate/Apps.
•Design and develop ETL processes to extract, cleanse, and reconcile credit risk data.
•Run weekly, month-end, and quarterly reporting processes to ensure timely, accurate delivery of reports.
•Partner with risk managers and data teams to create, implement, maintain, and review wholesale credit reports and communicate insights for strategic decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Business) or equivalent work experience.
•More than four years of applicable experience.
•Proven ability to design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards that visualize and communicate data.
•Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
•Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with effective collaboration and communication across teams.
