Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and conduct implementation for new and renewing clients.
  • •Coordinate strategy meetings and document collection with a Business Consultant; market, analyze, and negotiate benefits and rates.
  • •Request renewal from carriers; conduct pre-renewal and renewal meetings (in person or via Zoom) and negotiate renewals.
  • •Quote open market when necessary and deliver final renewal, finalizing benefit selections for clients.
  • •Obtain applications, monitor benefit administration portals, ensure timely submissions (at least 15 days prior to effective date), perform first bill audits, and maintain client retention through key relationships and responsive communication.
