•Lead enterprise-wide configuration management and documentation control initiatives to ensure operational consistency, compliance, and process standardization across complex environments.
•Develop and implement scalable configuration governance, document control systems, and change management processes for long-term efficiency and resilience.
•Oversee configuration baselines, documentation integrity, revision control, and audit readiness to ensure regulatory and customer compliance.
•Partner with engineering, operations, quality, program management, and leadership teams to identify challenges, drive process optimization, and support strategic objectives.
•Utilize data-driven methodologies and metrics to provide executive-level insights, mitigate risk, and foster accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field; 10+ years in configuration management across multi-domain product data environments
•5+ years direct configuration management experience in regulated industries (aerospace, medical devices, defense, nuclear) with PLM tools like Windchill
•Strong Systems Engineering understanding and full Product Development Lifecycle including configuration control
•Experience managing controlled records, regulatory data compliance (FAA, EAR), version control, and audit readiness
•Must be a US Person as defined by law or eligible for authorization to access ITAR/EAR controlled data
