Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain integration plans aligned to deal objectives, driving execution from signing through post-close.
  • •Coordinate across functional workstreams (Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, People) to track milestones, dependencies, and risks.
  • •Build and maintain integration plans and tracking across global teams (EMEA, APAC, North America), facilitating decisions and issue resolution.
  • •Serve as a key point of contact for EMEA stakeholders and ensure regional requirements are reflected in integration plans.
  • •Create integration materials and executive updates, track metrics (milestones, risks, synergy progress), and support analysis of cost, revenue, and operational impacts.
