Key Requirements

  • •Completion of a recognized HVAC program (6–12 months) or combination of program work and 1–2 years of equivalent related experience
  • •EPA Type II or Universal Certification (required)
  • •Valid (unrestricted) drivers license
  • •Knowledge/familiarity with HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning; experience with installing or servicing preferred
  • •Familiarity with blueprints, schematics, and building codes; follows OSHA electrical standard and OSHA Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
