Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand installation and repair requirements and synchronize on-site work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact, ensuring customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in a commercial environment.
  • •Use cutting-edge technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Maintain safety standards and record use/condition of company-issued and procured assets; be flexible for overtime/weekends and occasional overnight stays.

Salary: USD 32.48 - 40.34 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical school/formal training preferred.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with a handheld computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations, including in the previous 3 years.
  • •Hold an EPA Certification.
  • •Meet physical and PPE requirements to safely perform hands-on HVAC work, including ladder safety and required safety gear.
