Production Operator

Operate state-of-the-art mixing and pumping equipment to follow process orders end-to-end, prepare workstations and machines, and add materials at specified quantities and times. Monitor temperatures and chemical reactions, record batch information, and collect samples at designated intervals to ensure consistent, quality production. Run forklift/material handling equipment, participate in confined-space pot cleaning, and contribute to corrective actions while maintaining safety and compliance.
