Job Summary

Oversee the day-to-day performance and operations of multiple retail stations, reporting to the Area Manager. Supervise site in-charges to set, monitor, and achieve financial and performance targets, manage budgets and OPEX/CTO reporting, and handle month-end activities such as pending statements and closings. Lead staff administration, inventory and stock controls, materials/supplies ordering, maintenance follow-ups, and periodic IMS/HACCP audits while driving cost-saving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the day-to-day performance and operation of multiple stations and supervise site in-charges to achieve daily/weekly targets.
•Manage annual targets and budgets, review monthly performance vs actuals, and analyze and justify CTO/OPEX with reporting to the Area Manager.
•Conduct detailed sales fuel analysis using COGNOS and TURPAK data, report concerns, and ensure month-end closing by monitoring pending statements with IT and Finance.
•Lead staff administration activities including attendance and leave monitoring, approvals coordination, transfers, coaching/counselling, and regular staff meetings.
•Oversee inventory and stock checks, monitor tank-dip reconciliations, manage petty cash and overtime approvals, handle materials/supplies ordering, and coordinate maintenance calls and internal IMS/HACCP audits.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance with 6–7 years of relevant experience in a similar field.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Proven management and interpersonal ability, including hands-on retail experience managing a retail outlet and staff.
•Strong analytical and numerical skills with profit-and-loss reporting experience, including budgeting and sales target understanding.
•Strong organizational and time-management ability with superior PC and site system knowledge.
