Job Summary

Support Product Control and Finance transformation initiatives across Global Markets through business analysis, process improvement, regulatory change, and technology enhancement. Collaborate with Finance, Front Office, IT, Operations, and change management to design solutions, simplify and automate processes, and strengthen controls. Produce BRDs, functional specifications, process maps, and impact assessments; perform gap analysis; support UAT and validation; and analyze P&L, balance sheet, valuation, and risk reporting to identify improvements while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for Product Control and Finance change initiatives.
•Collaborate with Product Control, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to design and implement strategic solutions.
•Support transformation programmes focused on process simplification, automation, and control enhancement.
•Perform gap analysis between current and target operating models and support UAT, system testing, and validation.
•Produce business documentation (BRDs, functional specifications, process maps, impact assessments) and ensure compliance with governance, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Business Analyst within investment banking or financial services.
•Strong understanding of Product Control, Global Markets, P&L reporting, valuation control, and balance sheet substantiation.
•Knowledge of financial products including FX, Rates, Equities, Fixed Income, or Derivatives.
•Experience working on Finance transformation or regulatory change programmes.
•Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, JIRA, or data analysis tools would be advantageous.
