Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and recognizing the personal and financial impact.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Consistently attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and products (including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit).
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and support branch operations as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or equivalent business experience) is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience developing relationships with new and existing customers, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
