Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of Consumer and Retail clients as primary point of contact with sector-informed coverage.
  • •Drive revenue and RoRWA growth by implementing the Consumer and Retail and CIB strategy globally.
  • •Build and secure long-term client relationships and partnerships aligned to HSBC’s strategy.
  • •Act as a strategic trusted adviser at headquarters level and own customer engagement across the relationship lifecycle.
  • •Inspire and motivate junior colleagues and coordinate with product specialists to develop and present solutions for client needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bring a proven track record managing and developing a high-performing sales team in a sizeable market.
  • •Demonstrate substantial experience managing global large corporate clients, including knowledge of key sector trends and the regulatory environment.
  • •Show strong knowledge of banking products and services, with evidence of sales success, including ownership of business segment or Profit and Loss (P&L) outcomes.
  • •Demonstrate experience in customer-facing roles and apply strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, communication, teamwork, and influencing skills in client coverage.
  • •Hold Series 79 and 63 FINRA licenses or commit to attaining them, with credit training or equivalent demonstrable experience.
