Job Summary

Lead end-to-end supply chain and production planning for designated product lines, including sale and operations planning, inventory and capacity planning, and outsourced strategy. Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Product Development, Production, Warehouse, and Finance to control service levels and costs. Partner with the Global Supply Chain team to update demand forecasts, drive issue/backlog visibility, monitor performance vs. objectives, and advance planning automation aligned to Manufacturing 4.0.

Key Responsibilities

•Be accountable for departmental performance control including material planning, demand planning, and production planning for assigned production lines.
•Develop and implement planning strategies aligned with the corporate business strategy.
•Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Product Development, Production, Warehouse, and Finance to maintain service and cost control.
•Work with the Global Supply Chain team to update forecast demand and manage issues/backlog in line with SOP requirements.
•Monitor and improve planning automation systems and roadmaps aligned to Manufacturing 4.0, and oversee team performance against KPIs and reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
•5+ years of SML or related experience, with 3+ years supervisory or lead experience preferred.
•Project lead experience preferred.
•Working knowledge of modern manufacturing, material flow, and improvement strategies (e.g., ELS, continuous flow, cellular).
•Understanding of financial systems and key drivers in a manufacturing environment.
