Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide highest-standard customer service to Emirates customers, explain fares, and actively issue online tickets and sell related products.
  • •Issue tickets ensuring all necessary airline rules and regulations are applied and customer requests are met.

Key Requirements

  • •PC-based skills to operate Windows and Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail.
