Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Engineering and Product across the development lifecycle, from early design and threat modeling through launch and ongoing operation.
  • •Perform security reviews of system designs, application code, APIs, infrastructure-as-code, cloud environments, Kubernetes workloads, deployment pipelines, and production configurations.
  • •Serve as a security subject-matter expert across application security, cloud/container security, identity & access, secrets management, API security, data protection, and secure development.
  • •Administer and improve security tooling (including AI-assisted security tools) such as SAST/DAST/SCA/CSPM, security monitoring, and related capabilities.
  • •Develop and tune detections and security alert rules, investigate security events with the SOC, and drive remediation through the vulnerability management program.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on experience in product security, application security, cloud security, or a closely related security engineering role.
  • •Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience reviewing application code, especially TypeScript/Node.js/JavaScript (or another modern language).
  • •Experience reviewing web apps, backend services, REST APIs, authentication/authorization systems, and relational database designs.
  • •Practical knowledge of application/API vulnerabilities, threat modeling, secure design, and modern identity patterns.
  • •Experience securing AWS environments and containerized/Kubernetes workloads, including infrastructure as code and CI/CD or GitOps workflows.
