Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute and lead offshore operations using Operating Service Procedures (OSP) and Project related Procedures (PRP) to ensure safe, efficient delivery.
  • •Mentor less experienced Field Service Engineers and act as a technical authority across multiple product lines.
  • •Perform inventory control of offshore equipment and manage maintenance tasks including control, function testing, repair, and maintenance reporting.
  • •Conduct pressure testing, stack-up testing, and assist with failure investigations and NPT (non-productive time) reviews.
  • •Support preparation of work and documentation for customers/projects, including daily operation reporting and workshop/maintenance procedure support as requested.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of relevant field service experience.
  • •Strong expertise in at least two product categories such as wellheads, controls, or trees/completions.
  • •Highly skilled in troubleshooting, repair, and technical problem-solving.
  • •Knowledge of drilling and production operations with familiarity with offshore installation processes.
  • •Hold a technical qualification or apprenticeship certification and complete required safety training; demonstrate strong written and spoken English.
