Manager, Global ES Ops - Strategy and Transformation

Lead operational readiness for Employee Success as new employees are harmonized through acquisitions and expansion into new countries. Partner with ES M&A and Centers of Expertise to design harmonization strategy, ensure compliance obligations are met, and build scalable tools, templates, and process documentation. Drive continuous improvement using metrics and data trends, manage cross-functional projects globally and regionally, and set service level standards to enhance the employee experience at scale.
