Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist patients and families in transforming maladaptive eating patterns into a healthy relationship with food through ongoing support.
  • •Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and regular telehealth meetings, including initial nutrition assessment, meal plan prescriptions, and weight range assessments.
  • •Guide patients through exposure to fear/challenge foods as part of treatment.
  • •Communicate patient meal plans and nutrition concerns clearly to all team members and provide nutrition education to alleviate concerns.
  • •Echo treatment team directives in interactions with families and assist with discharge planning.
