Key Responsibilities

  • •Familiarity with client guidelines and required service level agreements to ensure compliance with SLA’s
  • •Reviewing documents and assessment of evidence in Military Deafness NIHL Claims and identifying the strategy
  • •Identify and assess required investigative actions and actions to improve file handling
  • •Trend analysis to identify common issues and opportunities for upskilling
  • •Writing timely oral and written reports to Directors on audit findings and recommended action plans
