Drive operational onboarding and merchant enablement for qlub’s frictionless payment platform in Thailand. Key Responsibilities

•Lead and execute operational onboarding for new F&B establishments to the platform.
•Serve as a knowledge specialist on qlub and F&B operations to solve operational bottlenecks.
•Organize and lead training sessions for new accounts to help merchants fully utilize qlub services.
•Build and manage merchant relationships and optimize usage efficiency.
•Support product development and POS integrations by improving features and resolving bugs/pain points; provide strategic insights from feedback and industry trends.
