Key Responsibilities

  • •Help execute new product builds from raw material across all CNC work and tool assembly
  • •Triage non-conforming machined components and help implement resolution and preventative actions
  • •Develop manufacturing standards that lead to increased consistency and reliability of the shop
  • •Work with the team to help developing in-house machining maintenance processes
  • •Identify continuous improvement opportunities for yield, rate, and cost
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate;
  • •3+ years of professional experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment; OR bachelor's degree in engineering, math or science;
  • •2+ years of experience with a CAD program such as NX or SolidWorks;
  • •2+ years of experience with CNCs, EDMs, welding, and other manufacturing processes common in the Tool and Die industry;
  • •Excellent communication (written and verbal) and teamwork skills
