•Manage all aspects of the assigned branch, including driving performance through leading, coaching, and managing.
•Drive branch business development and revenue for small business and Mass Affluent through appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting.
•Promote a positive public image in the community and instill the organization’s Purpose, Mission, and Values in the team.
•Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics; complete all required training.
•Handle human capital decisions including interviewing, selection, hiring, workforce scheduling, performance reviews, ratings, and disciplinary actions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.

•Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration and an applicable NMLS background check.
